Sweet Mango was engaged to design and deliver a major public activation at the 2025 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, showcasing two significant Victorian infrastructure projects: the West Gate Tunnel Project and the Metro Tunnel Project.

The activation was strategically developed to communicate key project messages to a large and diverse audience within a high-profile, fast-paced environment.

Sweet Mango’s scope included the creative development of design concepts, management of all working drawings and engineering documentation, and end-to-end coordination of suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

This also encompassed on-site installation, pack down, and the resolution of all design and build challenges to achieve a successful outcome.
