Sweet Mango were engaged to deliver an activation at the 2025 Formula 1 Grand Prix to showcase two major Victorian projects: the West Gate Tunnel Project and the Metro Tunnel Project. 

The scope included:

• Developing design concepts for the activation to communicate the projects’ key messages.

• Managing the development of all working drawings and engineering plans by the supplier.

• Managing all suppliers and stakeholders to deliver the activation on time and on budget.

• Managing the activation installation and pack down.

• Managing all design and build issues to ensure a successful outcome.
