ATE is Australia’s largest business-to-business tourism event, bringing together more than 2,500 delegates for a four-day program of meetings and associated events.

Delivered at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre across 10 exhibition bays, Rebecca was engaged to manage a broad and complex scope of work.

This included the design and delivery of a 15 x 6 metre custom-built exhibition stand, the conception and execution of five additional external events for up to 1,500 guests, and the design and delivery of large-scale activations throughout the trade show, including a 50-metre activation along the MCEC concourse.

Rebecca also managed all stakeholder engagement and delivered a dedicated wellness program for attendees, contributing to a cohesive, engaging, and high-impact event experience across the full program.
