Rebecca was engaged as Project Manager on behalf of Visit Victoria to deliver the Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) 2024.

ATE is Australia’s biggest business to business tourism event with over 2500 delegates participating in a program of meetings and events across four days. 

The event was held across 10 exhibition bays at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and the scope included:

• Designing and delivering a 15 x 6 metre custom- built exhibition stand.

• Designing and delivering five additional external events for up to 1500 guests across the program.

• Managing all stakeholder engagement.

• Designing and delivering activations across the trade show including a 50 metre activation along the concourse of MCEC.

• Delivering a wellness program for event attendees.
