Rebecca Schuh
Rebecca began her career in event management in 2003 in the role of Events Manager at Consumer Affairs Victoria. She then moved to the Department of Infrastructure (later becoming the Department of Transport) in the role of Events and Sponsorship Manager.
With over 14 years’ experience, Rebecca Schuh launched Sweet Mango Consulting in July 2013.
Rebecca and her team manage industry events, corporate team building days, client networking events, awards ceremonies and the metropolitan and regional stakeholder and community engagement events for a number of major projects in Victoria.
Lisa Hook
A very down to earth and astute professional, Lisa has been with the company since 2015. Lisa comes from a marketing background and has a broad mix of experience predominately in event management, delivery of national/international conferences, administration, staff and office management, recruitment and customer service.
Sally Gittus
Sally manages the catering and styling arm of SMC. Sally worked in catering for five years both independently and for a reputable catering company before joining our team to cater for our events. As well as being an amazing cook, Sally has an eye for colour and furnishings and can work with you to put together a detailed brief to bring your event to life.
Amy Roberts
With experience in hotel sales and event management, Amy has vast knowledge of the industry. As an events manager in the US, she oversaw all aspects of the event process including site selection, contract/vendor negotiations, budgets and timelines, travel arrangements, catering, arrival and departure manifests, on-site staff coordination and audio visual. With clients from major US companies, Amy has successfully executed a wide range of events including product launches, sales meetings and incentive programs. Amy held the position of Executive Director of Groups and Meetings for a US travel company where she worked to produce cost effective events through streamlining processes and procedures for her clients.
