Nicky is a creative brand marketer with over 20 years’ experience bringing bold ideas to life and building brands that truly connect. Her career has spanned fashion, lifestyle, music, and entertainment – and she’s known for crafting campaigns that not only look good, but move people, shift culture, and deliver results.

From leading Levi’s through a brand and business transformation across Australia and New Zealand, to spearheading major product collaborations and cause-led campaigns at Witchery, Melbourne Fashion Festival and QLD Music Trails, Nicky brings deep, hands-on experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, content production and creative direction. Her approach is both intuitive and strategic – blending the ‘art’ of storytelling and identity with the ‘science’ of data, channels and commercial outcomes.

She’s worked with some of the world’s most recognisable names – from global fashion and beauty labels to cultural institutions, artists, and disruptor brands. Along the way, she’s developed award-winning campaigns, launched new product categories, built powerful brand partnerships, and played a key role in connecting brands to their communities with clarity and purpose.

Nicky joins the Sweet Mango Collective as a senior brand and marketing lead – bringing sharp creative thinking, a deep understanding of cultural trends, and a passion for building campaigns that cut through. Whether launching something new or reigniting something established, she knows how to find the sweet spot between audience insight, business needs, and creative execution.
