Sweet Mango was engaged to design and deliver Yarra Trams’ end-of-year staff celebrations in 2024 and 2025, catering for an audience of 3500 employees.

The celebrations were staged at two iconic Melbourne venues, with the first event held at Melbourne Zoo and the second at Luna Park, delivered across three consecutive nights.

The format required detailed logistical planning, precise scheduling, and robust crowd management to ensure a safe, seamless, and engaging experience for all attendees.
